after long period of time study for tea arts ,it made me to understood how to cook a tea soup with my heart.at beginning ,the tea soup i made with strong bitter and acerbity.how to made a good tea soup and how to  made tea soup with moderate bitter and acerbity .this question bother me all the time ,after more than thousands of practice i found if i want to cook tea soup with good taste ,i should in a placide mood ,of course first should have good quality`s tea leaves and water. and then should have lot of knowledge with tea theory and tea arts and should know how the life going and how to feel the breath of tea .trust me and i could made it better and better.
